SSC CGL Tier-1 Computer Based Test 2022

- SSC CGL Tier-1 Exam has 4 sections – Reasoning, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude and English Language
- Each section consists of 25 questions and each question carries 2 marks which makes it a total of 50 marks per section.

3. SSC CGL Tier-3 2022 Syllabus
Friends, for your information, SSC has decided to conduct a descriptive paper instead of an interview in SSC CGL for all the candidates who have qualified SSC CGL Tier 2 exam. SSC CGL Tier 3 Descriptive Paper (Pen and Paper Mode) has been introduced to test the writing skills of the candidates. SSC CGL Tier 3 is conducted in offline mode (pen and paper mode). The paper is in English/Hindi language and will be of 100 marks. Candidates have to complete the entire paper in 60 minutes.

4. SSC CGL Tier-4 2022 Syllabus
Friends, I would like to tell you that the SSC CGL Tier 4 Exam is a computer skill test, CGL Tier 4 is conducted in two phases which we have explained in detail below.
- Skill Test in Data Entry (DEST) Test and
- Computer Proficiency Test (CPT) Test
STEP-1 : DEST: Candidates will be required to type 2000 words in English in 15 minutes on the computer. This exam is conducted to check the typing skills of a candidate. Candidates are given an article in English which they have to type on the computer. For the post of Tax Assistant (Central Excise & Income Tax), DEST exam is conducted through SSC CGL 2021 exam to check the typing speed of the candidate.
Step-2 : CPT: This exam is conducted to check the proficiency of a candidate in word processing, creation of spreadsheets and slides by SSC as CSS, MEA, Inspector (Central Excise), Inspector (Preventive Officer). Three areas are tested for the post. Inspector (Examiner)
